The part I keep remembering is how Susan helped me buy two packs of crystal jewelry at the concierge desk. Before catching the bus, I made sure to thank her and tell her how I felt about the hotel. My son and I had a spacious room, so the night was comfortable, and the bathroom was kept clean and practical. Breakfast had its own attractive dining room, with plenty of dishes and sides. I especially liked the meat salads served in those little glass bowls. The hotel made us feel at home, and the calm feel of Bamberg helped me feel better mentally during my European trip more than anywhere else. I hope to come back someday and hold on to those memories. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a decent hotel. My only complaint is the parking: there are just five free spaces by the hotel, and you have to pay for the others.

Dinner at the restaurant was top-notch, and breakfast had a great buffet. There are also several places to eat within walking distance. The hotel is modern and nice, with friendly staff who were happy to accommodate us. The room had a minibar fridge but no AC, and the internet was slow.
