Reichels Parkhotel

The staff are the main reason I'd come back. I love the owners, and everyone is very friendly; most speak English. They really go out of their way to please you. I love Ermie, probably not how you spell her name. She's just the nicest person you'll meet. The suite is large, but has a tub with a hand shower nozzle instead of a shower. Other rooms are small, with little bathrooms and small showers. The inside of the shower needs cleaning, as there's mold. The beds are comfy and firm, with down comforters. Breakfast is European style, with meats, cheeses, pretzels, breads, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and juices. You can look over the park from this pretty area, and the cafe is open during the day for yummy desserts and drinks.

We only stayed one night, and the small room and bathroom were enough for a rest during a long trip. Breakfast was great, with plenty to choose from and good quality. The staff were friendly, and the location was great, about a 20-minute walk to the city.

Clean rooms, though they're small, and a nice breakfast. The customer service didn't work for me, especially as a tourist who didn't speak German, and I wouldn't stay again.

The hot salt pool is unbelievable for the price, and breakfast is the best in town. The surroundings are lovely and the hotel is super relaxing. Thumbs up!
