The people here are super nice, and it's about a 10 minute walk to the thermal baths. Such a lovely, charming hotel 😍. I'd definitely book again.

Everything was lovingly decorated and spotlessly clean, with a style that felt like a little trip back in time :) The bed was comfortable, breakfast very good, and the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. Unbeatable value for money!

The best part after four stays in different German hotels over the last three weeks was finally getting fresh bakery rolls instead of pre-baked ones. The rest of breakfast was very limited and only mediocre. The room was noisy for a spa town. I could clearly hear TVs from neighboring rooms, along with a lot of traffic from the nearby road, even though this is a residential area. The TV was smaller than my computer monitor ;-) It's a typical family hotel, clean, with friendly owners who are trying their best, but it reflects the state of the German hotel industry. The furnishings are ancient, the balcony planks are rotten and raise safety concerns, and they surely haven't been painted in decades. The room doors are even older and have heavy keys. It shows its age, with a huge backlog of renovations needed.

Ms. Weber gave me a wonderful beauty treatment today. I felt very comfortable and was so glad to have time to be pampered. Looking forward to next time. Thank you so much, Brigitte Egger

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the espresso was good. The hotel feels somewhat dated and could use attention, though it's very clean and has a good atmosphere. The mattresses and bedding need some attention too.
