I was passing through at the last minute, well after hours, and the owner opened up for me. He's a gentleman. A really great hotel and a great experience 👍

The food and the conversation with our host made this a great stop. My wife and I were travelling through Bad Zwesten on the way to Kassel when we got hungry and spotted Zum Kleinen Konig. It looked welcoming from outside, so we went in and weren't disappointed. My wife had a salami, ham, and mushroom pizza, and I ordered Chicken Masala. Both were really good, especially the Chicken Masala. It wasn't on the menu, but our host offered it while we were looking through it. I believe she owns the place, and she was very sweet and nice to chat with. If you're in Bad Zwesten, I highly recommend eating or staying at Zum Kleinen Konig.

They serve German food as well as dishes from India. The food was well prepared, and the service was nice. I can recommend this restaurant.
