For two full days there was no hot water, and nobody from the staff was around to help. The room looked neglected, with dirty walls, old chipped paint, and poor furnishings. Later arrivals had to check themselves in and search through dozens of keys to find the right one. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Completely unacceptable.

For a one-night stop to rest from driving, it was more than enough. The room, bathroom, and shower were all clean and nice. The thin walls were a bit of a downside since we could hear the people next door talking, though at least they were only talking. 😅 I can't say how it would be for a longer stay.

The reception was rude and aggressive, and when I asked about the missing Wi-Fi in my room, they said I was asking for too much. The fan was broken, one of the beds had no pillow, and there were spider webs all over the room. They forced us to leave the hotel. Worst place I've ever stayed.

We were a couple with two dogs, and even though the room was clean and the location very good, we felt extremely uncomfortable and wouldn't stay here again. Staff were hard to reach when problems came up and could barely speak English or German. People in nearby rooms smoked weed for several days, were very loud, and at one point knocked aggressively on our door. We stayed two years ago and had a horrible experience.

Nobody could be reached, and there was no hot water for two days. The place wasn't clean either. A horrible experience.
