Landhaus Am Siplinger

Every common area was spotless, and the suites had everything we could need. This was our fourth visit with the Holzmann family, and once again we felt able to relax from the very first minute. The house was so quiet we couldn't hear the other guests, and the beds were super comfortable. I especially loved the big panoramic window and the cozy bench built into it. The suites are modern but still feel very comfortable, and the kitchen was really well equipped. It's a small town, with a few restaurants, and hikes start right from the accommodation, which I loved. Nearby routes range from family-friendly walks to challenging mountain hikes with little rope sections and ridge walks. We had a perfect week!

The suite was right in the middle of a beautiful winter sports area, great for cross-country skiing and other activities. We had excellent weather, and the surroundings were stunning and inviting to explore. The owners were so friendly and helpful, too. We stayed in Suite 3 and felt at home right away. The decor is tasteful, with lots of attention to detail, and the suite feels cozy. Beds were incredibly comfortable, the rain shower was delightful, and everything was impeccably clean. I highly recommend it and am already looking forward to another visit. Many thanks to the Holzmann family.

We stayed a week in the Dachsbau 1 holiday apartment. It was lovely and well equipped, and the balcony was the best part for us, with mountain views and several different places to sit. I'd recommend the bread delivery service, since Balderschwang is a small village with only one shop.
