Hotel garni Zum Drosten

Breakfast had something for every taste, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is right in the center, which worked well for spending a lot of time walking around Balve. The room was fine for a bed and breakfast, but it stayed quite cold even with the heating on. We’d stay here again if we came back to Balve.

The breakfast was excellent, and the owners’ little wire-haired dachshund was incredibly sweet. We had a room with a balloon. It wasn’t especially big, but there was enough room for two, and at €80 it was absolutely worth it. The room was clean, with a few little signs of wear that didn’t affect how anything worked. The owners are a bit older, but they were friendly and welcoming the whole time. We’d definitely stay again.

Our double room was reasonably priced, and the hosts were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was tasty and generous. The room had enough space and was furnished practically. It was easy to find the hotel, and parking was available right in front.

We enjoyed our short stay and would gladly come back. The hotel is small and lovely, with a quiet setting that’s still central. The hosts were courteous and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and both the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Excellent value for money. Thank you!
