The owners were friendly, kind, and very helpful, and we were impressed by how well they looked after us. The old building preserves its best features while adding a new, modern bathroom to the room. Everything was very clean and well put together, with all the essentials. The location was ideal, near the old part of the city but still quiet. We were very happy with our choice and would consider staying here on our next Bamberg visit.

It's a quiet, neat, modern room, though on the small side. My rate was amazing for a place this nice, even though it's not quite in the center. I didn't try breakfast, but it looked good, and I enjoyed the free water and chocolate. The hotel is 500 years old and has only 8 rooms. As an American, that's hard to wrap my head around.

We stayed two nights and were really happy with our choice. The room was large and very clean, breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is adorable. The location was amazing too.

Remember to check out the garden at the back. The place has a cozy feel, a nice breakfast, and a good bar serving local beers.
