The room was on the small side, but comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was good, and I liked the lovely decor in the breakfast room. I’d happily stay again.

The distinctive decor, especially the lovely antique furniture, made me feel right at home. I’d definitely book here again if I return to Barmstedt. The place is family-run and full of care, with a friendly welcome and spotless rooms. Breakfast was excellent, parking and Wi-Fi were free, and it’s quiet while still central. I have back problems, but the bed was comfortable, and they kindly took my request into account when assigning my room. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this little hotel for work every four weeks. The two women who run it are lovely and enjoy a chat with guests. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is fantastic, and the eggs are cooked just right. Parking is free too. I highly recommend it. Best regards to Barmstedt! 👌🙋♀️

We felt so welcome and comfortable here. It’s a lovely family-run hotel, and the staff are caring and attentive. Breakfast can be arranged on request, and you can tell it’s made with care. Many thanks to everyone who made our stay so nice. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the welcome friendly, and you can get breakfast there. It’s simple but fine. The hotel is small, with rather old-fashioned furnishings, so that style has to suit you: floral carpet, pink towels, and pink bed linen. There are no coffee or tea facilities in the room.
