The garden is a lovely place to sit and eat outside. The food was perfect, and the atmosphere was good too.

We felt very comfortable during our weekend there, and breakfast was included in the price. The owner greeted us warmly and showed us around straight away. It’s a traditional inn with more than 100 years behind it, full of old-world charm and set somewhere quiet, well away from the main roads. We thought it was good value for money. Thanks again for the friendly welcome and service.

The owner was really friendly and attentive, and the Wi-Fi was good. It’s inexpensive, with a decent breakfast, though the place is very basic and quite a few things are worn or broken, like the shower rod and a chair.

The owners clearly care about the building’s history and still make sure guests are comfortable. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. More than 120 years old, the hotel has loads of character and a distinctive style, with thoughtful attention to detail. Such a charming place, far from a run-of-the-mill hotel. We felt at home right away, simply fantastic!
