The kitchen is well stocked, though there's only a small fridge and no freezer. The apartment is fairly large, with one big bathroom and plenty of beds, but no living room. That leaves only rather uncomfortable chairs for seating. Church bells rang all night, waking me every 15 minutes, so light sleepers should be prepared. The owner wasn't very forthcoming with information about the bells.
