The apartment in Baunatal was spacious, very clean, lovingly furnished, and in impeccable condition. Each bedroom had its own TV, as did the living room. Wi-Fi was free, and towels could be booked separately. Everything was well organized, and the location made it easy to get around quickly. The whole team clearly cares about what they do, and the value, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We’d happily stay again, and it’s worth every penny. I’m writing this because I’m genuinely thrilled, not because I was paid. 🌸✨ We ended up contacting Pension SOVA and the SOVA Group after another guesthouse canceled at the last minute because it had received what it called a “more lucrative booking.” I found that completely unacceptable, and we were under a lot of pressure. Ms. Kornath responded right away with warm, professional help and a practical approach. She reassured us that they’d find a solution, and they did: we were offered a lovely place in Baunatal and could view it in person beforehand. The caretaker, dear Klausi, was always reachable and ready to help. If something was missing, he came over straight away. He was simply a kind person with a heart of gold. Ms. Kornath deserves special praise too. She does her job with so much passion, dedication, and kindness that you feel welcome. Her boss is lucky to have her on the team. An absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a top-notch guesthouse in Baunatal. 🌟

The holiday home was immaculate, with a room layout that worked perfectly for all ten of us, and there was plenty of parking. We rented it for a weekend stag/hen party, and everyone was very happy with the stay. Communication with the consistently friendly staff was excellent, and they kept us up to date on everything important. The caretaker was also happy to help and answer questions. Thank you very much!

The foosball table in the courtyard was a real highlight and helped us take our minds off exam stress. There were ten of us for a masterclass, and the house suited our needs perfectly. We felt comfortable right from the start. We got a very warm welcome, everything went smoothly, and the house was beautifully decorated with plenty of space. Thank you very much.

Mr. Küstner was always friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to make the children happy. We had a wonderful time with 13 adults and 10 toddlers/children. The house was very clean and well-equipped, with bright, spacious bedrooms, blinds on the windows, and modern, clean bathrooms. The big open-plan kitchen and adjoining dining room worked perfectly for our group, while the courtyard had lots of room for playing and exploring. Thank you!

Everything was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were great too. We were only a 10-minute drive from Kassel, so getting there was quick and easy. We had a fantastic weekend for our annual girls' getaway, with two babies along as well. The living room, outdoor seating area, and kitchen with its dining room were perfect for spending time and cooking together. The babies slept peacefully upstairs in the evenings while we chatted late into the night. We felt very comfortable.
