East Box 40a - Ferienhaus in Modern Art

Dear owner and guests, the East Box has its own driveway, and that space is meant for YOUR CARS. When you leave your cars there, residents don’t have to find parking three streets away because their spaces are blocked. I don’t understand why you keep using the residents’ parking instead of the designated driveway. Please use the East Box driveway if you arrive by private car, and I hope the owner reminds guests to do so. If I could, I’d give this -100 stars.

The apartment’s individual rooms each have their own character, and the bathroom especially stood out to me. It’s been furnished with care and a good eye for aesthetics. Communication and arrival were straightforward, and contactless key box check-in made things flexible. There’s a sofa bed, toys, and a sandbox for children. Edeka, a pharmacy, a drugstore, and a gas station are all within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay.
