We loved the apartment and especially the outstanding views in every direction. It was clean and modern while still having plenty of character, and we enjoyed the patio and outdoor space. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and kettle. Frau Schmied and the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed an iron. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay at the Schmiedhof again!

The open balcony and huge glass doors gave us wonderful views while we ate dinner, relaxed in the evening, and had morning coffee. We stayed for two nights in the largest apartment, #10 Ferdi, which has a fireplace. It was spotless, elegantly and thoughtfully designed, and had all the appliances and amenities we could want. The fireplace made for a lovely romantic evening with my partner. When we arrived, owner Brigitte warmly showed us where everything was and how it worked, and answered all our questions very kindly. On our last night, the owners let us use the shared outdoor fire ring, which is normally for special occasions. Brigitte’s husband set it up for us, and we really enjoyed it. We highly recommend this holiday apartment for a stay in or around Bayrischzell / Schliersee.

We stayed five nights in 01 RESI and found it really comfortable and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Geitau is a cute, quiet town at the foot of the Alps, and we really liked it here. Across the trees, the beer garden has good food and a nice atmosphere.
