The staff were very friendly and discreet, and the wine was excellent. We stayed in a lovely historic building, with a terrace under ancient vines; the food was very decent too. The rooms were adequate, though a minibar would have been useful. Bring your own pillow! I’d definitely come back.

Dinner on the terrace overlooking the Moselle River was delicious, and the Riesling was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel is absolutely charming, especially if you want to feel immersed in German wine country. Breakfast was a fantastic traditional German buffet, with bread, cheese, meat, soft-boiled eggs, and plenty more.

There’s a peaceful setting, authentic character, impressive decor, and stunning rooms. The restaurant terrace is scenic, the food is fantastic, and breakfast was outstanding. Service was exceptional. Only small drawback for me: no coffee in the room.

Eating under the grapevines with river views made for a really relaxing meal. The restaurant was fantastic, and the peppercorn steak, trout, and sausage platter were our favorites. A great little hotel in beautiful Beilstein.

My room looked out over the charming town, and the owner kindly helped with my bags when I arrived. This is a sweet, historic hotel, and dinner was beyond delicious: soup with dumplings and French steak, with golden, crispy potatoes.
