The room was clean, and it’s a great place near Hohenbeilstein. It can get a little noisy sometimes because it’s next to the main street, though it depends on where your room is.

There were no services, just the room. Sometimes there was no water pressure at all in the bath.

Breakfast really stood out. Alina, the heart and soul of the place, prepares fresh, healthy, wonderful platters every day, with something for everyone. If you’re expecting a basic mid-range hotel breakfast of a roll, coffee, and jam, you’ll get far more than that. The hotel is beautifully decorated and modernly furnished, with a very spacious bathroom and clearly recently renovated rooms. It was a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

The hotel was clean and generally fine, but the staff treated us terribly. A simple misunderstanding during the room handover led to rough, rude behavior, and that’s why I’m giving it a very poor rating. Hotels that welcome guests need to train their staff to behave politely. Otherwise, guests will understandably leave dissatisfied and write bad reviews.

Working out in the field in bad weather and coming across this hotel would save the day 😃 The room was modern, very clean, comfortable, and had a kitchen and balcony. Breakfast was lovingly prepared, incredibly varied, and delicious 😋 I’d love to come back!
