The room was clean and roomy, and we slept well in the comfortable queen-sized bed during our two nights. The shower and sink both had soap dispensers and worked fine. Breakfast was great. We didn't spend much time at the hotel beyond that, but the price felt a little steep to us as visitors from abroad. It may be normal for Germany, though.

The room itself was clean and warm, and there’s a really good swimming pool about a 10-minute walk away. I stayed three nights, though my room was in a separate building, so getting breakfast meant putting on my coat and walking over. Breakfast was just average for me, especially with so little fresh fruit. I’d try somewhere else next time, but it would be fine for a night or two.

We felt comfortable during our one-night stay in April, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good spot in Bensheim, with reasonable prices. The rooms and bathroom were clean and perfectly fine, though the furnishings aren’t very modern and the bedroom carpet looks a bit dated. Lunch was okay, but I expected something more subtle from a four-star hotel. The foyer could also feel warmer and more welcoming.

Breakfast was good, and the room was okay, but it wasn't very clean. There were visible spots on the bed, and neither the refrigerator nor the hair dryer worked.

The event food was excellent. We also found the room comfortable and a good size, with a very nice shower and bathroom. A lovely hotel, and the staff were friendly.
