Hotel An der Hasenheide

The rooms are clean and modern, and I liked having the parking right outside. Staff were really kind and helpful. The breakfast was okay, though not the best, and there was no juice. The bed was very hard, so we didn’t sleep well. It was quiet around the hotel, with only some trains passing by, and that didn’t bother us. One odd thing: the power outlet by the bed is wired through the ceiling light, so you can’t charge your phone there overnight. The toilet seat also wouldn’t stay up, though I’m sure that may not be an issue in the other rooms.

I really like the restaurant here, with good food and a beautiful view. The service is good, too. Mui and Quyen surprised me with their hospitality and amazing service. They treated me like I was at home, not just like a customer. Highly recommend, and thanks again, Quyen and Mui. You made my day! 💗

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and check-in and check-out were quick. The staff were helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. It’s a great hotel if you’re driving, with free parking, about 2 km from Hansa center and not far from Rostock.

Great service. One evening I was working very late and couldn’t get dinner, so I called reception and asked to have it brought to my room. They did it without any problem or extra charge. The restaurant serves good food, too. The hotel has nice underfloor heating and a good bathroom, with parking right by your room.
