The breakfast table has a stunning view, which made each morning feel special. We’ve stayed here three times now with our two young children, and it’s become a place we love returning to. The apartment is cozy and thoughtfully laid out, with enough room for everyone. Having a bathtub is especially valuable with little kids, and you can’t take that for granted in a vacation rental. Thank you for making it such a welcoming place to feel at home.

Apartment 4 was spacious and nicely furnished for two people and our dog. It had what we needed, though we did miss having large towels. Ms. Fendt was lovely and always easy to contact, and there are nice day trips around Oberau. The main issue was the noise. I’d asked in advance whether it was truly quiet because a medical condition makes me very sensitive to noise, and we were assured it was. But part of the family lives directly below the apartment with two very young children, so mornings and the time before bedtime were extremely noisy. If we’d known, we wouldn’t have booked.

The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, from kitchen appliances and utensils to duvets with different warmth levels. The bathroom had a hairdryer and plenty of storage. We found the management very welcoming, and the price was excellent for what we got. The location is peaceful, with a beautiful view. It’s not right in the centre, but everything is easy to reach by car. We’d gladly stay again.

The landlady was fantastic, and the apartment was cozy and very clean. We spent a lovely week here and would highly recommend it.
