Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the town centre is only a 15-minute walk away. A charming hotel, and I'd happily stay again.

The bar and restaurant staff were a real highlight. Eslam and the team were warm, professional, and helpful, and they made guests feel welcome. We also ate lovely food in the evening, and breakfast had plenty of choices. Our annexe apartment was spotless and well equipped, but it felt dark and dated. The skylight above the bed had no blackout blind. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom in room 113 was almost impractically small. I kept bumping my elbows while showering or using it, and the walk into town means going up a very steep hill. We stayed two nights in September. Check-in was easy, the room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The pool was a welcome extra, as were the robes and towels provided for it. Breakfast from the buffet was great, and we loved having a balcony. The train station was conveniently close.

The hosts were attentive and welcoming, and made sure I had what I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was easy to reach, which made things convenient. The place was clean and cozy, with lovely decor and thoughtful details that made it feel like home. I'd recommend it for an easy, enjoyable visit, and can't wait to come back.

We'd booked a balcony room through Expedia but were first given one without a balcony. The front desk sorted it out quickly and moved us to a great balcony room. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and breakfast was excellent.
