We had the half-board option, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Dinner included a salad bar, and breakfast had a wide selection. The room was comfortable and spacious, with enough storage for suitcases and clothes without taking up the floor. We spent three nights here while exploring Berchtesgaden, and the location was beautiful. Being what seemed like the only Americans there made the stay feel even more Bavarian.

We found the rooms very clean and the food delicious. The hotel is in a beautiful spot, well placed for both Austria and the Berchtesgaden area. All the staff were friendly and happy to answer our questions.

The food was incredible, and the staff were the kindest. My wife and I were staying across the road, and this was the only restaurant on the mountain. They even put together meats and cheeses for us to take away and enjoy on our balcony across the street. Absolutely the best.

We love bringing our family here. The mountain views are breathtaking, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are especially charming and thoughtful. They go the extra mile to make us feel warmly welcome. Thank you so much.

The setting in the Berchtesgaden Alps was beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and postcard-worthy views. The meals were another highlight: fresh, high-quality ingredients and wonderful flavors, from a hearty breakfast to dinner after skiing. The team were attentive, kind, and always ready to help. We spent Christmas and a skiing holiday at Hotel Neuhäusl, and the Hölzl and Rauh families and their staff welcomed us with such genuine warmth that it felt like coming home. Their seasonal celebrations, festive atmosphere, and thoughtful details made the holiday feel magical. You can tell how much care they put into making a stay cozy and memorable. Thank you to the Hölzl and Rauh families and the whole team for making our Christmas such a treasure. Our family will cherish the memories, recommend Hotel Neuhäusl to friends and family, and look forward to visiting again.
