6/10
The receptionist was warm and polite, but the room condition was a real letdown. Our first room smelled unpleasant, the toilet was unsanitary, and the place looked neglected. I raised it straight away and asked to move. The replacement was a little better, though its toilet still had stains from earlier use. The cleaning clearly wasn’t up to standard.

The bed and pillow were really comfortable for us, and the cleaning was good. English communication wasn’t so good, and I never saw any elevators. Still, it’s a good hotel for a city trip.

There’s no breakfast at the hotel, so you have to walk 100m to a small cafe and pay for it. The reception also closes after 22:00, which means you need a key to get back in. Instead of one keycard, they give you three different keys. The walls are thin enough that you can hear people talking in other rooms. The room itself was okay and reasonably clean.

The staff were really friendly, and the room was clean. The area’s great too.

The area is nice, and the place feels airy, tidy and clean. The rooms are small, though, there’s no air conditioning, and they could do with a bit more cleaning.
