The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the place was very clean. Finding it was easy too, right on the street with a clear sign. I had called after booking to say we'd arrive around 22:30, and the receptionist said that was fine. But when we got there, the door was locked and nobody was around. I called again, and it took about five minutes for them to find our reservation and give me the access code. It would have been much easier if they'd emailed the check-in instructions.

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and they were friendly and attentive throughout. The rooms felt like cozy little retreats, with plush bedding, a private balcony with lovely views, and the sounds of nature at night. The resort also has plenty to offer, from the pool lined with palm trees to dining choices for different tastes. There’s room for both adventure and downtime. Every detail seemed considered, and the staff’s care really made the stay feel special.

I couldn't shower that evening because the water wouldn't drain. Earlier, when I arrived, the bathroom was dirty, so I sent the owner a photo straight away and got no reply. It was a really bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The location was easy to get to and just right for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and worked well for a family. From the time we arrived, the staff were welcoming and really kind. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

A few days ago, I stayed here with my fiancé and loved it. It was so clean, quiet, and romantic. I hope we can come back soon. 🥰
