Hotel Kronenkurve

The room was clean and fine, and I was welcomed very warmly. But the walls are so thin. People in the next room had a speaker going as if they were at Ballermann. I called the management, and they responded right away, but I could still hear it. I pay for a room, and if I want a nightclub, I’ll go to one. I don’t particularly need to stay here again.

Everything felt worn, cheap, and not properly clean. The rooms also stink of old frying oil, and the smell gets into all your clothes. It seems to come from the kitchen, even the watered-down shower gel has that smell. Never again!

After our long trip, we arrived with a reservation, but our rooms still weren’t ready. The toilet seat was missing in our room, so they asked us to move. We were coming and going at the same time because almost none of the rooms were ready. The other couple traveling with us ran into the same problem. Sadly, we have to say goodbye to this hotel.

The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening in the other rooms. I was traveling for work and breakfast matters to me, but nobody told me that only the hotel would be open then. I’m speechless. If I’d known, I would never have booked.
