I was in Bergneustadt on business and spent the day out working, so I only used the room to sleep. For that, the hotel was great. The owner was friendly, and the room price seemed good compared with nearby hotels.

Lovely quiet spot for an overnight stop, in a beautiful old town. The owner and staff are very nice, and I’d highly recommend staying here. I’m only giving four stars because the restaurant is vegan, and I wanted eggs, bacon, chips, and beans for breakfast.

The receptionist was incredibly kind, but my initial excitement faded pretty quickly. The room was dusty and dirty, and even the toilet wasn’t clean, so I had to clean it myself. I can’t say anything about the food. I definitely won’t be back.

Everything was freshly made, and it was excellent. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly.

The food was delicious and fairly priced, with a fantastic range of choices for a fully vegan restaurant. The lady was very friendly and took great care of us.
