The staff were very helpful and guided my old aunt throughout our stay. Albergo City Hotel Berlin had a welcoming atmosphere, great hospitality, and clean, beautiful rooms. We had a wonderful experience and recommend it to couples and families. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

The breakfast room overlooking the roofs of Berlin was a real gem, and the buffet was amazing with plenty to choose from. The hotel room was old fashioned but comfortable and super clean. Check-in was friendly, and the metro is only a short walk away with good links to the city centre. We loved the place and will definitely be back.

Breakfast is €10, and the choice is pretty limited. Still, the location and price make this a four-star stay for me. The hotel feels different from the usual, has the basics covered, and is clean. The pillows are thin, but doubling them up works.

2/10
The room quality was really poor, and the welcome pack was dusty and old. There was dust on the walls too. Breakfast in the morning was fine, and the location was good, with nice customer service. Management should inspect each room more carefully.

Beautiful rooms and a perfect spot for getting around by public transport. It was amazing value, and I’d definitely stay again!
