Azur

Prices are very affordable, and the place is clean. It's well situated too, about an 8-minute walk from the S-Bahn station.

It felt like home 🏡

I've stayed here around 20 nights for assembly work, across three or four rooms, and haven't come across any major problems. The rooms are clean and neatly furnished, and breakfast is generous and filling. The woman who looks after everything is very friendly. It's quiet, so it suits travelers, workers, tourists, and older guests. You can walk to get food, visit a bank or gym, or catch the nearby S-Bahn or bus into the city center.

The service was friendly and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Kaulsdorf S-Bahn station is only about a three-minute walk away, with Alexanderplatz roughly 20 minutes by train, and there's parking behind the hotel. Rooms are a little dated, though well kept and clean. Mine had a TV, and there was a travel hairdryer in the bathroom; the mattresses are on the soft side. Breakfast is a small spread of muesli, yogurt, boiled eggs and a little fruit, but should cover most people's needs. At €6 each, it's fairly cheap. The neighborhood itself is quiet.
