The building was run-down both inside and out. We’d booked a double room, but when we arrived only one bed had been made. We had to get the bedding, make it ourselves, and push the beds together. The room was dirty, with dust and hair clumps on the floor and beds, empty tampon packaging in the bathroom, and a dirty plate with glasses. One lamp was broken, there was hardly room to move, and the window seal was hanging out so the window couldn’t be tilted. The courtyard-facing room was quiet at night, but the mattresses were hard as stone. Breakfast was very basic. The people setting up the buffet were unfriendly and spoke mostly Russian. The rolls were overbaked, and the eggs were overcooked, probably reheated from the day before. They seem to be cheapskates.

I stayed here in September 2025 and was really happy with the hotel. The room was very clean, and breakfast was satisfying. The woman serving breakfast always brought more when something had run out. I’d happily recommend this place.

The staff were great and friendly, and breakfast was okay. The rooms, though, are very small and didn’t match the booking photos. When I arrived around 7 pm, the entrance was so dark that I thought the hotel might be closed. They should add some lighting outside.

The location worked really well, close to the city centre and between Berlin’s two airports. I also got more than I expected from the room: it was spacious, very clean, and had a really comfortable bed. The staff were lovely too.

I was really disappointed. The room was old, dirty, small, and gloomy, and the bed was uncomfortable. It also wasn’t the room I’d booked and paid for online.
