Schieße The hotel's reception is in the laundry room. At night there's noise, and you can't tell whether people are fighting on your floor or out in the street. It feels very unsafe, and the staff were rude. I asked for one extra pillow and was told no, with one pillow allowed per guest.
🤮🤮🤢 It was unbelievably dirty.
The rooms were crawling with insects, and even the entrance felt like a contaminated farm. The staff were rude, the bathroom disgusting, and the closet doors broken. I woke up with rashes all over my body. When we left that morning, they blamed us for breaking the closet and the owner's grumpy old woman demanded money for the door. Once she saw it wasn't our fault, she stopped asking. The authorities should shut this contaminated farm down.
We paid €70 for a night, but after threatening to call the police we got €30 back. My partner and I had booked one night and left after just four hours. When I woke up, I saw an animal crawling toward my boyfriend's face, and there were animals in the pillowcase, duvet and mattress. There was pubic hair in the drawer and bed, the staff were unfriendly, the bathroom door was broken, and the whole place smelled bad. Worst hotel experience ever. Never again, and I wouldn't recommend it.
Cockroaches of different kinds crawl out of the beds. The bathroom sink is clogged, and the rooms aren't cleaned every two or three days. The staff are incredibly rude. This is the most disgusting place ever.
