The lockbox made check-in and checkout easy, and the owners responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything. EigenArt apartments are clean, spacious, and equipped with the furnishings and cooking tools you need for a comfortable Berlin stay. Good value for money.

The apartment was lovely and very clean, and the host was friendly and helpful. Getting in was easy even though we arrived late, and the subway is easy to reach too. You're in the heart of Berlin in just 10 minutes. Very recommendable!

Cobwebs were all over the place, and the bed, slatted base, and mattress were not something I’d recommend. The room also got uncomfortably cold in the evenings because the heating couldn’t keep it warm once it turned down. Loose kitchen shelves and shaky steps and railings felt like a fall risk. Even the bathroom window blind was loose. This was from February 2nd to February 5th, 2023. Not recommended!!!!

The place was spotless and really well cared for, which mattered a lot to me. My boyfriend and I had booked a spontaneous trip to Berlin, so we needed somewhere on short notice. Sorting it out was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free, with very polite service. We felt at home despite being so far away, and I’d gladly recommend it to friends who were planning to visit Berlin soon.
