Friendly, accommodating staff and a good breakfast selection. The lobby and room were both very clean, and the shower was spacious with hot water right away. It's a quiet, nice hotel in a great spot, central and close to several public transport routes. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cool in the evening. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay. Would recommend!

The staff were lovely and explained how the hotel works and what transport and activities were nearby. We got a map with the closest stations and the hotel's location marked on it. Rooms were clean and tidied every day, and each cleaning came with a free bottle of water and access to a fridge to store it. Breakfast had a good spread: a few kinds of bread and toppings, cereal, eggs, yogurt, and pie or cheesecake. I'd visit again. The elevator was the only downside. It was slow, and when it was busy we had to wait longer. The floor layout was also a little confusing at first.

We had no problems during our four-night stay. It's a good hotel in a great location. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the service was good. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but there was a good selection. A really good experience.

The staff were warm and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. We were satisfied overall, and the location and room were good, with the subway, restaurants, and historic places all close by. The one thing I wasn't happy about was that they copied my credit card at check-in. I hadn't given a copy of my card anywhere before, so I was surprised. Res
