I booked a room for two through Booking.com, but there was only one blanket and one towel. When I raised this simple issue, the receptionist became rude. After learning I was from Ukraine, she spoke negatively about her Ukrainian colleagues, blamed them, and said they were bad at their jobs and hadn't done their work properly. It was inappropriate and unprofessional to attack colleagues in front of guests, especially on the basis of nationality. Management should address this and make sure staff treat each other respectfully and professionally.

A receptionist who said she'd worked at the hotel for 20 years was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was unacceptable and felt discriminatory and racist. It completely ruined my impression of the hotel.

Booking.com said there would be no prepayment and that I could cancel for free. But I was charged 55 euros as soon as I made the booking, and the property hasn't responded to my complaint.

The smoke was awful. Even though we had booked a non-smoking room, there was an ashtray inside and the whole room reeked of cigarettes. We’re both non-smokers, and having to breathe that all night was disgusting. Our clothes smelled of smoke afterward too. It was too cold to leave the window open, so we kept opening and closing it to air the room. Sleeping there felt like torture. We couldn’t find anyone at reception to report it, either that evening or in the morning when we checked out. This is inakzeptabel, and with customer care like that, I can’t recommend the hotel.

Clean, warm rooms, shops nearby, and public transport just a few metres away. Excellent place. Recommend.
