The website photos made the rooms look older than they actually were. Ours was comfortable, fairly clean, and had what we needed for a short stay. Staff were polite and helpful, and they took out the trash and made the beds every day. We didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it. Public transport is nearby, and it took about 20 minutes to reach the main monuments. It was good value, and we'd choose it again if we came back to Berlin. Definitely recommend it.

We skipped breakfast, but everything else worked well for our six nights here in April. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped, and the room was comfortable and well kept. Someone is at reception around the clock, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed with my son. There are plenty of shops and inexpensive, interesting places to eat nearby, and the canal is quite close. The hotel sits between two U-bahn stops. I'd stay again on another trip.

The room was clean and had what we needed, without any unnecessary stuff. It was a lovely hotel, and the staff were very friendly. The price felt right for the quality. I'd definitely recommend it.

The U5 stop is close, and the center is five stops away. We found the rooms clean and roomy enough, and the staff were very supportive. Breakfast was really good and cost 10 euros. I'd recommend this place for a two or three night visit.

It's an older building, though it's been kept in good shape. The rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, and there's an underground station nearby. Staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed.
