We stayed for two nights as a couple. The room was clean, practical, and quiet from outside noise. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was good. The price was competitive too. The one problem was the heat: the central air conditioning only worked above some outside temperature, maybe 25c, so the room was too hot.

No frills, but the rooms are decent and comfortable enough, and the location is good. I’ve stayed here four years in a row. Recommended.

The reception staff were lovely, and the station is only a two-minute walk away. We paid about 70 euros a night, which was very good for the location. The hotel had nearly everything we needed and was great apart from the air conditioning, which couldn’t really handle Berlin’s 30C heatwave while we were there.

The breakfast was excellent, and the waffle maker won my daughter over :). The hotel and room were renovated and clean, with the bus station and U-Bahn only a few metres away. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. It met our expectations, and we’d choose it again!

Breakfast was good, but the place itself was pretty pathetic. The rooms were tiny, there was almost nothing in the way of conveniences, just the bare minimum, and no one even smiled or welcomed us. There was only a sign saying welcome!? Maybe it was because we’re brown? Ibis, never again for sure.
