JW Marriott Hotel Berlin

Every person we met was welcoming and incredibly attentive, from the doormen and housekeeping to reception, the executive lounge, and the restaurant. Their warmth turned a good stay into a great one. The rooms are somewhat dated, but they're spotless, comfortable, and a decent size. A solid option whether you're in Berlin for work or a break. Highly recommend it.

The front desk and concierge treated us with respect and were very helpful. Walking in, you feel like a VIP. The bathrooms were great, and the robes, shave kit, soaps, and lotions all felt top shelf. Breakfast was mids.

My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, soft bedding, good lighting, and a great location. The executive lounge food was delicious, healthy, and creatively themed around different countries. Desserts were rich and high quality, and sometimes I couldn't get enough of them. Check-in was quick and smooth because the staff spoke English. Everyone was courteous and helpful, especially the lounge team, who handled guests' needs like skilled professionals. My thanks to the service desk woman who checked me in. I don't know her name, but management should be able to identify her and recognize her professionalism. Filip, Shenique, Paul, Eva, Chantal, Arife, and Marija in the executive lounge were great, as were Godwin, Ahmed, Marius, and Marie in Guest Service, and Julia, who kindly accommodated my room change request. Thanks as well to the chef, the housekeeping and maintenance teams, the concierge, and all the other wonderful staff. From breakfast through the evening, the executive lounge team delivered excellent service, communicated professionally, and were great with people.

This was my third visit in three years, and my longest one yet, 10 nights in February 2026. I always have a great time here. The front desk staff are excellent, and the valet team has gone out of its way to look after me on busy workdays. Everyone is kind and accommodating. After long days at work, coming back to warm greetings in the executive lounge felt like coming “home.” Paul and Shanique remembered me from my second visit, along with my usual drink and favorite seat, and made sure I had what I needed. Great service from both of you. I also had a nice dinner at the JW steakhouse. Max was my server, funny and well mannered, and made the evening relaxing. During the second half of my stay, Nils gave me incredibly personal service. By my second day, he knew my name and vehicle and had some good local recommendations. Nuriye from Berlin Bakery also remembered my order for me and my two colleagues after we had placed it twice. We looked forward to her excellent barista skills each morning. Thank you both.
