The only thing that bothered me was the hallway doors. They could slam loudly at night, which was rough for a light sleeper like me. Otherwise, we had a great stay. The private room was comfortable, everything was very clean, the staff were excellent, and breakfast was top.

I spent 3 nights in the main hotel and found it relaxing, with clean rooms, a working TV, and lovely, polite, helpful staff. There’s a bar, food, and vending machines downstairs. Just be aware that the property also has hostel rooms. Those don’t have a toilet or shower in the room, and it can get quite noisy. Check carefully when booking. Have fun on your travels!

I was given an early check in and moved to a bigger room at no extra cost as soon as I arrived. After 3 nights, I’ve just checked out and was happy with everything and the service. I’d been unsure about staying in a hostel, but I felt welcome right away. A special thanks to Franco. His youthful presence was welcoming, and he was really helpful with directions and places to eat and visit. Travelling alone, I needed that help to keep from panicking and getting lost. Thanks to everyone, Merry Christmas and a happy New year. I hope to stay again. Benji Bebbington ( rm 006)

I felt watched and oppressed by cameras at every turn. There are cameras all over the place, including in the corridor, with no warning sign, and employees seem unpleasant because they’re always watching over their boss. I believe that isn’t legal. The place feels worse than Alcatraz, like a prison. The food was awful too, with no flavor or quality. The triangle sandwiches with Gouda tasted disgusting. I got sick and pooped blood, and the meals did nothing for my appetite or my stomach. Check-in took an extremely long time as well. Honestly, I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it if you want to enjoy yourself.

The location was a big advantage for me. You can walk to the city centre, and bus and subway stations are also very quick to reach. I stayed for one night in early March while waiting for my friends to arrive the next morning, and it was a pleasant visit. My room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff welcomed me and kept reminding me reception was open 24/7 if I needed anything. I liked my stay and will keep this hotel in mind next time I’m in Berlin.
