The location was a real convenience for me, within walking distance of the Klinikum where I needed to be for a serious surgical procedure. The rooms are more than you need for just one night, but they were very comfortable, even for someone recovering from surgery in three places on their head. Breakfast was above par, too. The staff were wonderful to me and my spouse. They were understanding and respectful of our space, and readily helped when we needed it. I feel they don’t get enough credit for all they do for their guests.

The staff are really friendly, and the rooms have balconies. Breakfast is good, and there’s free parking. It’s a good deal price-wise, in a quiet, safe residential area close to the train and bus station.

A small family-run hotel in the Berlin suburbs. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. The location is nice, though with the windows open the nearby S-Bahn can be a little disturbing at night.

I’m an architect from Sweden and was so happy to stay here. Miles Hotel Berlin is very close to the metro, a shopping center, Lidl, and places to eat. Wi-Fi was excellent, and my room had a balcony looking over the park. The rooms and shared spaces were super clean, the bathrooms were perfect, and the staff were wonderful. Everyone speaks English. I recommend it 100%.

It’s clean, tidy, and well priced, with a good bathroom and friendly staff. I’m in the area to visit, so it fits the bill when I just need somewhere to sleep.
