The owners wouldn’t answer the phone, and communication was limited to WhatsApp. We reported the problems as soon as we arrived, called for 20 minutes, then messaged with photos and screenshots showing the window taped open in -7 degree weather. The window wouldn’t close, the balcony door wouldn’t open without the handle coming off in your hand, the front door had broken glass, and the wardrobe was chained up. There were garbage bags under the bed, dirty curtains, old furnishings, no working stove, and no heating, so we had to wear jackets. Nothing looked like the photos. We were told they couldn’t do anything because we hadn’t reported the issues, even though we had. There was no refund outside booking.com, only a partial refund after the photos showed the dramatic condition of the place. We were really disappointed by the way guests were treated. Please renovate properly, take guests seriously, answer the phone, and provide the standard you promise. We paid as we would for a 4* hotel and expected to be treated accordingly. Potential guests can see what the place really looks like in the photos.

The place was fantastic for our group of 8, with a huge living room and a more than adequate amount of space. Nearly every attraction was just 15-20 minutes away by train or Uber, and the price was a 10/10. The host was very nice and accommodating. We’ll definitely book with you again. 👍🏽😇

The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly, helpful, and always reachable. Even with such a central location, it stayed quiet, which we really appreciated. The other half of our travel group stayed at MyGold Apartment, and everyone was very happy. There are lots of bus, subway, and S-Bahn connections nearby, so getting around was quick. Lidl is a three-minute walk, and other shops are within a five-minute walk or ride. Everyone felt at home and would happily come back. A great choice for a quality stay in Berlin, five stars.

There’s plenty of room in this clean Berlin apartment, with high ceilings and enough amenities. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. It’s right by a subway station and trains, too. I recommend it.
