A perfectly okay hostel, really. The facilities were clean and breakfast was enough, though the bedsheets had a fragrance. The location's a little awkward, but at this price that's to be expected.

Neo Hostel was organized, clean and well cared for, and the location made getting around much easier. From check-in on, the reception team was friendly and helpful. I had a very positive stay, and it seems like a good choice for both solo travelers and groups.

I stayed here with my wife and had a fantastic time. From the moment I checked in, Liana at reception was warm, welcoming and incredibly kind. Breakfast was excellent, with generous amounts and plenty of variety, a great start to each day. The housekeeping staff were consistently polite and respectful. They didn't disturb guests during cleaning hours, and their friendly, hardworking approach made a real difference. The service, breakfast and hospitality were all great. If you need help during your stay, I definitely recommend asking Liana at reception. Thanks to the Hostel management for being so professional.

It's a quiet hostel with nice staff, and breakfast is included. The city center can be a bit hard to reach, especially with all the construction going on, but it's manageable. Köpenick is nearby and used to be like a separate town in the previous century. The airport is about 25 min by car or an hour on public transport, so leave early or take a taxi/uber. Lidl is a 10-15 min walk away. One tram stop away, there's an italian pizzeria and newly opened turkish street food. Spring or summer would be the best time to visit.
