Nomads Apt

The apartment has tasteful design, fast internet, and a TV and loudspeaker in every room. It also came well equipped, with a coffee machine, washing machine, and air conditioning. These are high-end flats with lovely interiors. I had to rent this one at short notice after my landlord caught Covid, though, and it cost far too much. If you have time, look for somewhere cheaper and more relaxed. A weekly cleaning visit is compulsory and costs 39 Euro per hour, adding another 160 Euro a week to the bill. The streets are really loud, since it's right in the middle of Berlin where the city never sleeps, but the rental contract says no parties or loud music. I was also told I had to replace the toilet paper if I used it all, which seems ridiculous at this price. The water was ice cold for three days, and the refund for that was ridiculously low.

Nomads staff are fantastic, always going the extra mile to make everything perfect. The apartment itself is amazing in every way, and it's right in the heart of Berlin with excellent transport just outside.

Loved it here! Such a stylish, cozy, professional space, and the location is perfect. Great for PR events, product presentations, or client meetings. Two thumbs up!
