There were a lot of stairs, which wasn’t good for my knee, and the sheets and pillowcases weren’t changed. We were lucky to get towels and perhaps two rolls of toilet paper each day. Still, the room and shower were lovely, and the room was very comfortable.

A clean, decent hotel in a peaceful area, with everything you need close by. There are good parking options on the nearby streets too. I’d happily stay again.

For a safe, clean, budget place, this did the job well. My single room had its own bathroom, and it suited me better than a youth hostel while costing less. The tram lines M13 and M12 stop right outside, Lidl is around the corner, and there’s a restaurant and bar on the corner too. It’s a good fit for a weekend in a suburban part of Berlin, about 20 minutes from Anton Platz and 10 minutes to Prenslauerberg. The TV was fiddly to use, and the Wi-Fi was weak, though it’s just a free public Vodafone hotspot.

The staff at reception were kind and helpful, and they pointed me to a good breakfast spot. The hotel is very close to a tram stop. The place was clean, the bed and bathroom were comfortable, and the WiFi was super fast. But it was very noisy early in the morning, with hotel staff, maybe cleaners, shouting and making noise. They woke me on both mornings of my stay. Aside from that, I’d really recommend the place.
