This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Things seemed fine at first, but then they accused us of smoking in the room even though we hadn’t smoked at all, and charged a 150€ fine. We couldn’t even warm up a meal without another 150€ fine for using a sandwich maker. They ignored the DO NOT ENTER sign, and the cleaning lady came into my room while I was naked. A tourist scam at its finest.

I stayed here for a work trip during the week of October 15th and would happily come back. The room was very comfortable, and the WiFi was good enough for work. From check-in to checkout, the whole experience was pleasant and friendly. A very nice hotel.

The hotel is okay, and the staff are friendly. It’s in a quiet area close to a supermarket. The rooms are outdated but clean; the refrigerator had been removed. There’s no air conditioning, but that was still okay for me.

The apartment was a good size, with a kitchen and separate bedroom, and it was good value for the price. The only unpleasant part was the shower, where the temperature swung between too hot and too cold. It was a little hard to find because the entrance is on a side street. The hotel is unmanned, so you have to call a number to get a code for the key and arrange when breakfast will be served in the room.

The location was great: 20 minutes from Marianplatz and 5 minutes from Lidl and a shopping complex. The service and rooms were great too, and breakfast cost only 7 euros and was very good. So yes, I recommend this hotel.
