The reception team deserve a mention first. They’re incredibly well trained, friendly and warm, whether by email or at the desk, and they really know how to look after guests. This was my first hostel stay, and now I can’t imagine staying anywhere but a St Christopher's Inn when I travel. The location connects well to U-Bahn, S-Bahn/RE, trams and buses. If you end up with roommates who suit you, you’ll have a good time. I needed quiet roommates who didn’t interact. Room rates are the cheapest in Berlin, though I think they use dynamic pricing, so you might end up paying more. I spent three nights in one room, then one night in another because I booked separately. The second was cramped and small compared with the first, and I think rooms like that should cost less. Its bathroom and toilet were separate, which was a slight inconvenience but manageable. Breakfast is a simple spread like you might eat at home: cereal, coffee, different juices, bread, meat, cheese, peanut butter and chocolate spread. And again, the staff are dedicated and work incredibly well.

The bar had great drinks, a fantastic team and a wonderful energy, and the reception staff were attentive and kind. The whole place felt warm and elegant, with every detail thoughtfully done. We felt valued and cared for throughout a memorable, heartfelt stay. It was a peaceful place to relax and recharge, and it won us over beyond our expectations. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a true five-star experience.

We used this hostel for a UK stag party. The vibe was relaxed and polite, and the location was good. Breakfast was simple but decent. The room and bathroom were clean and functional, and the bed was firm but very comfortable. Getting to the fifth floor without a lift was brutal. My roommates were the only thing that left something to be desired.

The hostel is in a great spot, within walking distance of most things nearby. Room changes are possible if there’s availability, which helps since your experience depends a lot on who you share with. Rooms are good overall, though the toilets are a bit old and can get messy. The breakfast buffet is average, but lunch and dinner at the restaurant are really good and super cheap.

The staff were great, always helpful and available around the clock. I asked lots of questions about Berlin and really appreciated their recommendations. Malina especially helped me a lot. The rooms were clean, nice and quiet, and the location was really good. The bar was nice too, and the bartenders were great. I really enjoyed my time there.
