We stayed in the "Marlene" appartment and had a great experience. Its courtyard kept the place quiet despite the lively streets outside, and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was cosy, with a kitchen that even offered several ways to make coffee. It's also a great base for exploring Berlin, with tram and metro connections to several neighborhoods and food and culture within walking distance. Our friendly host met us at the agreed time and shared useful tips about the neighborhood and city. I accidentally left some belongings behind, and the host kindly shipped them to my apartment. Thank you stadtRaum apartments!

The main drawbacks were small. The bathroom isn't very large, but the shower worked well and it had everything needed. The bedroom shades weren't enough to keep things dark, and our little girl couldn't get to sleep, even with two kinds of shades. Otherwise, nothing but good to say about the Stadtraum-Berlin appartments. Prenzlauerberg is perfectly located, with the U+S nearby and shops and restaurants close to the apartment.

The location is great, but the apartment needs serious renovation. The floor is coming up, the windows and bath are broken, and the cleaning wasn't done very well. For this amount of money, that's not what I'd expect.
