The buildings have a lovely feel, with colourful steps, and there's even free table tennis in the garden. I spent a week at the Sunshinehouse and had a fantastic time. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile for us several times. The rooms are simple and it's not the most central location, but at this price neither was an issue. I'll definitely come back!

My stay at Sunshine Beherbergungsbetreib left me with the happiest memories. It was quiet, the rooms were clean, and the staff were efficient.

I had some really good days here. The place is clean, near the U-bane and a supermarket, and the staff are friendly and speak English. I'd recommend it to others.

I slept well here. The hostel is central but very quiet, and my room, bathroom and kitchen were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when I arrived they gave me bus and train maps and explained the rail replacement services. As on my previous visit, they also pointed me toward the main sights, bars and other spots. I had a parking space about 1.5 meters from the gate. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and I had no complaints about my last stay. If you're after somewhere quiet, affordable and clean in Berlin, this is a great fit. For the price, what more could you want? A few rooms have floors that squeak a little, but with such good service I can easily overlook that.

We've been coming here for many years, staying 11 days each January during the Green Week. It's all fairly simple and basic, but the price can't be beaten!
