The rooms were spotless and felt almost brand new, and we really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was a treat, with bratwurst in all sorts of flavors, from strawberry and coffee to popcorn and whiskey. The host runs the butcher shop next door and clearly knows his meat, even offering workshops. Upstairs, guests can leave little notes on the walls, which is a lovely touch. Such a unique experience ❤️❤️

Bratwurst is the whole theme here, and the owner has built the experience around his passion for it. Pork-themed details are everywhere you look. Have a meal and try the different bratwurst flavors. What an experience.

It’s a clean, green hotel with excellent meat and sausages available. The butchery hotel idea is interesting. It’s in the middle of nowhere, though, and there’s no cellphone service.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this one’s easily the best.
