You feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The rooms are decent, and the food and service are great. Make sure you choose the half-pension option to enjoy the owner's cooking.

The place looks nice both inside and out, and the staff were lovely. My husband liked his meat meal, but my vegetarian option was basically a roast dinner without the roast.

There’s lots of forest around for walks, and town life is close by too if that’s more your thing. The guest house serves great food, and the owners speak English. Highly recommended.

The food is good and there’s a nice variety. It’s a little expensive for the area, though. We liked the traditional German hospitality and setting, and the service was good.
