The trout was especially good, fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and competent, and the peaceful setting is lovely for walks. Our room at Muehlradquartier stayed a bit too cold, though, and on the evening we arrived there was no hot water or heating. That cost it a fifth star. We had booked late, so there wasn’t another room available.

Everything else was good, and the location and food were great. The cola had gone flat, probably from an old bottle, and it was an expensive drink that wasn’t very nice. 😕

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had delicious food, including trout fresh from their own ponds, and stayed in beautiful rooms. A lovely spot to unwind or go hiking.

A fun place to stop and relax on a hike. We had Blechkuchen with coffee, just right for a break, and the quality was good.

The "Taumschleife Baybachklamm"(dream round hike Baybach gorge) is gorgeous, and the fish is delicious.
