We were welcomed so warmly and the hosts looked after us throughout lunch. Our small group had a lovely wood-paneled room to ourselves, which felt comfortable and private. This 17th-century place has long been part of Beverungen. I’d happily return and stay for a couple of days before leaving Germany.

The central location made it easy to walk wherever I needed to go, and the owner and staff were all very friendly. I had to cut my stay short, but the hotel itself was quite good. The beds felt a little uncomfortable, which is what kept this from five stars. I didn’t get to try the restaurant, so can’t judge the food. I’d stay again, 4/5.

The staff were very accommodating, and there’s even a pool. It’s a lovely spot to sit outside for food or drinks. The room was just right, the beds were excellent, and the hotel has a nice old feel.

The rooms are quiet, the beds are excellent, and the food is great. I’ve always had a nice stay here, with welcoming management and staff, all for a very reasonable price.

A good restaurant and a very clean hotel with a comfortable bed. It’s a perfect stopover. Just be aware that Wi-Fi isn’t free.
