10/10
The beds were among the best I’ve slept in for a while, and the rooms are comfortable and a good size. It’s a charming hotel in a very quiet spot, with welcoming hosts and a good breakfast. The owners don’t speak English, so it helps to know some German or be ready to use Google Translate. There didn’t seem to be anywhere nearby to eat, and the hotel only serves breakfast. We brought a proper lunch and snacks to have in the room with a beer from the hotel. There’s plenty of parking at the back, which felt relatively secure and worked well for motorcycles.

It’s cheap for a reason, and I certainly wouldn’t go back. The place is very dated. We waited a long time for a drink at the bar, and during a very basic breakfast the host couldn’t even be bothered to bring us coffee.

The area is isolated and a little too quiet for a business trip. I’d say it would be ideal for a holiday. The hotel is very clean, and the restaurant has good food.

The hotel is a little outdated, but the location is very nice and quiet. The owners are hospitable and very nice.
